Hand Delivery
All artwork is personally hand delivered to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition. We deliver throughout the tri-state area (New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut).
- Delivery area: New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut (tri-state area)
- Cost: Free hand delivery on all orders
- Scheduling: After your order is placed, we will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date and time
- Handling: Every piece is carefully wrapped and hand delivered directly to your door
Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your art! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within the following guidelines:
- Return window: 14 days from the date you receive your order
- Condition: Artwork must be in the same condition as when it was delivered
- Return pickup: We will arrange a convenient time to pick up the artwork
- Refund: Full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the return

Damaged Items
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@thelocalcanvas.com with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, including a full refund or replacement.
